The terms on which SwitchUp Marketing provides its services.
Our services
SwitchUp Marketing provides web design, SEO, Google Ads management, automation and related digital services. The specific scope, price and timescales for your project are agreed with you before we start.
Ownership
Everything we build for you, including your website, domain and email addresses, is set up in your name. If you choose to leave, you take it all with you.
No long tie-ins
We do not lock clients into long contracts. Ongoing services such as care plans are month to month unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
We take great care in our work, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
