The challenge
The site they had was not built correctly. It was slow, unoptimised, and littered with spelling mistakes and errors. On top of that, enquiries and customer details were being handled by hand, which took time and left room for things to slip.
What we did
We went through the whole site, fixed the spelling mistakes and errors, and optimised it so it loads properly and looks the part on every device, then moved their hosting onto our own managed hosting so it is fast, secure, backed up and looked after.
We also built them a CRM and automation setup, so every enquiry is captured, tracked and followed up automatically. The admin that used to eat into the day now runs quietly in the background. It is all in their name, on no contract.
The outcome
A website that finally works the way it should, on reliable hosting, with a system behind it that captures and follows up every lead automatically. ERW Valeting look more professional and spend less time on admin, with someone looking after the technical side for them.
