The challenge
Ignis Risk Management already had Google Ads running through another agency, but too much of the budget was going on clicks that never turned into work. They needed more of the right enquiries, without paying for the wrong ones.
What we did
We took over the Google Ads account, restructured the campaigns around buying-intent keywords, and tightened the local targeting so the ads only show to people who could genuinely become customers.
Then we optimised it every month, checking search terms, adding negative keywords, adjusting bids and testing new ads, to keep pushing the cost per click and cost per lead down.
Alongside the ads, we work on their SEO so they get found in Google and in AI search for the terms their customers use, and we keep improving the website itself, tightening the pages and calls to action so more of the visitors we bring in actually turn into enquiries. It is all in their name, on no contract.
The outcome
A far more efficient campaign, with the cost per click down to around 12p and the budget going on genuine local enquiries rather than wasted clicks. Ignis Risk Management get clear reporting and own the account outright.
